Karya ini menggambarkan garis pantai yang memisahkan kehidupan perempuan-perempuan nelayan dengan luasnya lautan. Perlakuan yang tak tampak jelas membuat kehidupan mereka terasa seolah tak nyata. Kisah pilu perempuan nelayan hingga kini masih jarang terdengar. Perempuan-perempuan nelayan di pesisir terus berjuang untuk diakui sebagai nelayan sejati. Mereka menghadapi berbagai tantangan, mulai dari minimnya perlindungan sosial hingga kesulitan dalam mengakses fasilitas perikanan.
Description:
This artwork portrays the shoreline that separates the lives of fisherwomen from the vastness of the ocean. Their existence often feels invisible, as if their lives are not fully recognized. The sorrowful stories of fisherwomen are still rarely heard. Along the coast, these women continue to fight for recognition as true fishers. They face numerous challenges, from the lack of social protection to difficulties in accessing fisheries facilities.
