TERMASUK DALAM PAKET :


- Fasilitas penggunaan ruangan maksimal 5 jam.

- Paket coffee break (light meals) untuk 20 orang, disediakan oleh 2madison Cafe, Jl Bangka Raya.


- Menu disajikan dalam sajian buffet atau lunch box (disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan).


- Harga sudah termasuk service, tapi belum termasuk pajak.

KETENTUAN:


- Full Payment, and Non-Refundable.


- Akses loading in 2 jam sebelum acara, dan loading out + 1 jam setelah acara.


- Jika ada kebutuhan dekorasi ruang memungkinkan, dengan ketentuan dan tambahan biaya yang dapat dibicarakan setelah booking.


- Seluruh area NON Smoking.

Use the 2Madison space! You just have to choose the area, the 1st floor (Cozy-Artsy cafe style) or the 2nd floor (Unique open space).

FACILITIES :
- Strategic placement of promotional / branding materials.
- Fully air-conditioned room.
- Room capacity with dining table: 40pax, without dining table: 60pax
- Spacious parking area (basement and outdoor).
- Sound on the floor.
- Basic sound system (standard 2madison).
- Mic (basic)
- Maximum electricity consumption of 5000 W (above this will incur an additional fee).
- For free consultation with the team for layouts and layouts.

INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE:
- Room use facilities maximum 6 hours/day.
- Welcome drinks and light food for 30 pax.
- 1 set menu lunch/dinner (can be served a‘la carte or in a buffet format) for 30 pax.
- Prices include service, but do not include tax.

NOTES (terms and conditions):
- Payment of 50% down payment is required before being able to lock the date/time.
- Payment down payment is Non-Refundable.
- Payment must be paid 3 days before the event.
- Access loading in +2 hours before the event, and loading out +2 hours after the event.
- If you are going to do room decoration, you must get permission from 2madison first.
- Entire in-door area is NON-Smoking. The outdoor patio area is reserved for smoking.
- Cannot change the booking date (unless the selected date is still available).
