This latest series was inspired by the world's most famous metropolis, New York City. From the blinding billboards of Time's Square to rat infested, crime ridden streets, metropolitan cities like New York resemble the human life riddled with ups and downs.

Tri Pandrong (artist) utilised certain special techniques to this piece such as colour blocking to exaggerate the glare of the neon lights, they also paid homage to the late artist of Jean-Michel Basquiat who inspired millions to follow in his footsteps. To uncover this homage, simply put the painting under a UV light, where in an 80s-esc fashion, Jean's signature crown glows being made up of Indonesian plantain leaves.
